BEHIND GOLD + PALM

With over a decade of executive assistant experience supporting high-level CEOs and entrepreneurs, I’ve mastered the art of calm command in the chaos of business. From inbox zero to boardroom-ready presentations, I make operations seamless and scale creative visions with polished precision.

Before launching Gold + Palm Virtual Assistance, I built my career in fast-paced corporate environments and boutique brands alike—merging high-level executive support with social media, marketing strategy, and systems setup. Organization is my love language—but so is creative problem-solving (and a perfectly timed GIF).

I’m originally from Kansas but swapped snowstorms for sunshine years ago. I spent a decade in San Diego before landing in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida, where I now live with my golden retriever and unofficial assistant, Dutton. He prefers palm trees over spreadsheets, but he’s a great morale booster.

Clients say I bring efficiency with a smile, strategy with a splash of sparkle, and a personality that’s as warm as a Florida sunrise. I believe business should feel intentional, streamlined, and just a little bit magical.

Let’s make that happen—without the burnout.

HOW IT STARTED…

After years of working behind the scenes in high-pressure environments, I noticed a gap: brilliant business owners doing it all—not because they wanted to, but because they didn’t have the right support.

I launched Gold + Palm Virtual Assistance to change that.

The name Gold + Palm reflects the balance I bring to every client partnership: the gold standard of professionalism and precision, paired with the calm, grounded energy of palm trees and a well-run business. It’s where high-level support meets ease.

This isn’t just admin help. It’s boutique, executive-level support designed for visionaries building something meaningful. I’m here to help you protect your time, streamline your workflow, and stay focused on the big picture—while I handle the details.

Whether you’re a founder, a creative, or a CEO, you deserve a right hand who makes things easier. That’s what I do—and I love every minute of it.
